Delivery

We handle all warehousing ourselves that way we can check all the stock before it goes out to you and we know exactly what is happening with your order. 

Most of our items are in stock and ready to ship within 2 working days. Some products are made to order, the lead time can vary depending on the brand. Please check each product’s description for more details to know when to expect your order.

We make sure all items in your order are ready before we ship, so you receive everything in one delivery.

Local

We offer 2 delivery options for orders in Thailand.

1. By Courier or Post

We use Kerry Express & Thai Post to deliver items nationwide. Once you receive the shipment dispatch email, please allow up to 4 days for your order to arrive.

2. Arrange Pick-Up 

If you’d like to send a courier (via Grab or others) to ensure faster delivery, select ‘Local Pickup’ at checkout. When your order is being processed, we’ll contact you directly to help arrange your pickup. Please make sure to submit a valid phone number and email so we can reach you.

Outside of Thailand

For other countries within Asia, we use FastShip.co. The shipping cost for your order is calculated at checkout based on the order size, weight, and destination. 

For the moment, we do not ship outside of Asia unless it is a large order request. In which case we would be happy to help look at options for you to be able to get products. We are currently working to get a stockist set up in the EU which will handle all shipments to other parts of the world in a timely and affordable manner. If you live outside of Asia, please contact us directly to inquire about shipping prices and we’ll do our best to find a suitable option.

In rare cases, deliveries can be delayed due to reasons beyond our control. We do our best to get shipments delivered on time. We thank you for your patience and understanding! 

Festival Pick Up

Alternatively, you can pick up your order at your next festival! This delivery is only available at festivals that we’re attending. Head over to the ‘Festivals’ page to check where we will be next.

Select ‘Pick Up at Festival’ when completing your order. You will receive an email from our team to organise your pick-up at the festival of your choice.

If you select the ‘Pick Up at Festival’ option and you don’t complete the pick up, there will be an additional 150 THB fee to re-arrange the shipping or a new pick up.

Returns cannot be made at our festival outlets, once items are purchased they must be shipped or picked up. To initiate a return, please follow the steps below.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

We understand that customs and import duties are a big deterrent to ordering online to many countries in Asia, this is why we always update ourselves on the regulations and investigate shipping methods that best suit our customers. 

Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the courier and local laws. All customs charges are payable by the customer, Festing.Store is not liable for any customs fees. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

If you have a major concern about customs or import duties, contact us directly and we will be able to advise you accordingly.

For customers in Thailand, this is not an issue as we import all the stock to our warehouse. We are not a dropshipping business.

Returns

It is our goal to make sure that the return process is as fluid as possible for our customers so let us know if there is anything we can do to make the experience better for you. 

For items that are defective or arrive damaged, we will cover the cost of shipment for you to send them back to us. You are then entitled to get a replacement for the defective product immediately, a full refund to your original payment method or store credit to be used online or at our festival outlets.

We have a 14-day no-questions-asked return policy. If you initiate the return to us within that time and you have fulfilled the return process as described below we will commit to taking back the item(s). 

With that said, EarPeace Hearing Protection products and face masks can’t be returned (unless defective or damaged) for hygiene purposes. Customised items also do not qualify for the return policy. Each product page clearly states whether the item is eligible for the return policy, please read the product descriptions carefully for more information.

Returned items must be in their original packaging with all tags intact and must be returned in the condition they were shipped in. You will need to cover the shipping cost to return items to us.  If your items are successfully returned, you will receive store credit to be used on our online store or at our festival outlets. If the item(s) returned appear to be used or worn, we reserve the right to refuse the return and the item(s) will be sent back to the customer at their own expense.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order if you email us within 3 hours of receiving the confirmation to your email. If you initiate a cancellation within that time then we cancel the initial order and you will receive store credit to be used on our online store or at our festival outlets. Unfortunately, orders are processed quite quickly therefore cancellations can’t be made after that period and you will need to initiate a refund once you have received the item(s).
