How can I pay? Is it secure?

We use a secure online payment gateway which allows you to pay with most major credit/debit cards safely. For our customers in Thailand, the gateway also conveniently manages payments through internet banking, bill payment, Promptpay and other methods. If you would like to do a bank transfer or QR code payment, the information is available at checkout or in your order confirmation. You will have to send us the slip to [email protected] before we can ship the order out.

Is Festing.Store a registered business?

Yes, Festing.Store is owned and managed by The Jelly Bean Group Co., Ltd. We are a registered private business through the Department of Business Development (DBD) in Thailand. All the products you see on the site or at our festival outlets have been procured through the correct channels and have been duely cleared by import customs. 

The Jelly Bean Group Co., Ltd. is the proud home of Festing.Store, Make It Rave, The Nitty Gritty Guide to Festivals, The Nitty Gritty Productions and Sound Mountain.

Are the products on the site genuine? Where else can I find these products?

Absolutely, we have trade contracts with all the brands that we list on the site and in our festival outlets. For many of those brands, we are also the exclusive distributors for the region. All items not under our own brand are procured directly from their origin.

Items under the Festing.Store or Make it Rave brands are sourced directly from trusted manufacturers who meet certain ISO and GFSI standards.

We carry the stock for everything which means that we check every product as shipments arrive in our warehouse. 

How long does it take to process my order? When will my order be dispatched?

Processing time at the warehouse can take between 1-2 days. Once your items have shipped you will receive an order dispatch email with details on the estimated arrival time. This email is sent to the email address you provide at checkout.

If you have been waiting for a dispatch email for more than 4 days, check your junk email box or message us using our contact form.

Do you have worldwide shipping?

Currently, we service orders within Thailand and the rest of Asia. If you live outside of Asia, please contact us directly to inquire about shipping prices and we’ll do our best to find a suitable option.

Do you have a return policy?

Yes, we have a 14-day no-questions-asked return policy on all items except for earplugs. All you need to do is send us an email at [email protected] or through the ‘Get In Touch‘ page. You will be responsible for the costs of shipping back to us. Upon confirmation of goods returned, you will receive the full amount you paid at checkout in store credit which can be used on our online store or at our festival outlets. 

Can I cancel my order?

Sure, all you need to do is send us an email at [email protected] and provide us your order number within 3 hours of receiving the confirmation. We will help you cancel the order and the full amount you have paid will be given in store credit to use on our online store or at our festival outlets.

The product I want is out of stock, can I be notified of when it becomes available?

We are sorry that the product you would like is not available but yes we can let you know. Just create an account if you don’t have one yet and hit the ‘Stock Alert’ button on the product page, an automated email will go out to you once the items are back in.

Do the products come with a warranty?

Definitely, if you have received a product which is defective in any way please let us know and we will exchange it for you immediately or you have the right to a full refund. Some products have extended warranties which are outline in the individual product pages. Again, if you are unsure just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help you out.

Are your products eco-friendly and/or sustainable?

Not all products listed on Festing.Store are eco-friendly in themselves but we do try to stock the most eco-friendly products on the market, provided they are the best quality. Again, we outline this in each brand page and on the product listings as well. We do however aim to be as eco-friendly as possible by using sustainable and/or biodegradable packaging, our partnered brands have also done their part by sending us products with the least amount of packaging possible. 

We provide receipts and invoices via email only even at our festival outlets. If you need a printed and signed copy of the invoice or receipt please let us know.

Do you have a retail store?

We do not have a retail store however we do operate festival outlets at many festivals in Asia. Check out our Festival Outlets page to see where we’ll be next or look out for our flags at your next festival. 

Do you have an influencer program?

We do not have a specific influencer program at the moment but we would love to hear from you about collaborations. Please send us a message at [email protected] or fill in the form on the Get In Touch page.
